Angelina Jolie is finding second pregnancy to be a lot more difficult than the first.

She's had edema (swelling caused by fluid build-up), fatigue, nausea, and now she has diabetes.

«Angie has gestational diabetes,» according to a source. «She found out about a month ago and has been trying to keep it under wraps. She's been seeing a nutritionist about it - frequently.»
