Until you publicly acknowledge your relationship with Justin Gaston, you'll continue to receive questions about it during appearances. The latest came during an interview with Ellen DeGeneres.

Sadly, the grilling merely led to a feeble quote from Cyrus regarding her older boyfriend, in which she listed his occupation, physical appeal and religion:

«He's a singer, he's really cute and he's nice. He's a Christian and I really like that.»

Thanks, Miley. Based on that description, you could date any of The Jonas Brothers...

Awful pun alert: For Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson last night, it wasn't the Calum Best of times.

According to Great Britain's The Sun, the most famous pair of partying lesbians on the planet got into a fight because Lohan was dancing with her ex-boyfriend.

A source said Lindsay «had tears in her eyes as she left» London club Boujis on her own.

Lohan and Best - who once described the Firecrotch Queen as being «dynamite» in bed - dated for several weeks last year. Soon after, Lindsay entered rehab and started having sex with women.

Tough break, Calum.

Jennifer Garner has obtained a court order protecting herself from Steven Burky, who she believes is endangering her. He may no longer have any contact with her.

In her declaration, the actress says that «Mr. Burky has been stalking and harassing me,» as well as sending various «packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts and following me around the country ...»

Garner says he has been bugging her since 2002 and «his obsessive and harassing behavior has escalated to the point of becoming dangerous and threatening.»

Steven Burky has even shown up at her home and said that «God has sent him a vision of her being persecuted in some manner that may result in her death.»

Garner's bodyguard, Dennis Bridwell, also submitted a declaration to the court in which he said Burky «now represents a clear threat to Jennifer Garner's life.»

The LAPD has been notified and is taking the threat seriously, remaining involved in the case. Law enforcement sources are also reporting that Steven Burky is currently under a 5150 psychiatric hold, a.k.a. the Britney Spears.

Dude also writes a blog entitled «Satanic Panic.» Yeah. Sounds like he's got a few screws loose and may want to check into the nearest institution if you ask us, unless of course he's reading this, in which case we're totally kidding. Stalk on, playa.

The singer-songwriter took a break from wining and dining Jennifer Aniston Tuesday night, and things got a little rough for a celebrity gossip photographer who tried to procure a picture of the crooner but got too close for his bodyguard's liking.

Mayer dined with a friend at Wolfgang’s Steakhouse in Beverly Hills, then departed out the front door, right into the belly of the celeb news monster.

So to speak.

As the douchebag musician ducked into his BMW, his bodyguard shoved a celebrity gossip cameraman to the ground, briefly grabbing him by the throat in the process.

The photographer, Marc Rhea, immediately stood up and started screaming at Mayer & Co. before visiting a Tarzana hospital to make sure he had no serious injuries.

Rhea has not filed a police report. Yet. Here's the altercation ...
